The Ombudsman Has Spoken
The CFPB Office of the Ombudsman has presented their FY2015 annual report the the Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The Office of the Ombudsman has focused on new ways to build on their engagement with internal and external stakeholders. This included adding regular internal engagement meetings, as well as providing quarterly statistics on inquiries. The report also demonstrates what people can expect when seeking assistance of the Office of the Ombudsman. [12/3/15]
