The FHFA announced that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will be required to submit Equitable Housing Finance Plans by the end of 2021. These plans will be updated annually, and will help identify and address barriers to housing, and goals and action plans to address these issues, for the next three years. [9/9/21]
