The CFPB is once again calling for more help with mortgage borrowers, publishing two reports which show: first, that Black and Hispanic mortgage borrowers are much more likely to be delinquent than white borrowers; and second, overall mortgage complaints to the CFPB have risen to their highest level in three years.
